We do accept exchanges. However, to make sure that the product you would like to exchange to is in stock, we advise you to let us know of your wish to exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

To do so, you can contact our Customer Care by email at info@travelteq.com. You can also contact us via the Web Chat on our website.

After checking with us if the item you wish to exchange for is in stock, you can return your originally ordered item with a shipping returns label that you'll receive from our Customer Care. Once we've received your original order and it has passed quality control, we will send the new item(s) your way. You'll be informed by email with a new Track and Trace code to follow the shipment.
